Lake Park Memorial Pavilion

On the east side of Lake Opeka is Des Plaines own armed services memorial honoring those who serve our country. The Lake Park Memorial Pavilion is an ideal location for private reflection or community commemoration ceremonies.

Live at the Lake Summer Entertainment Series
The pavilion is also the site of the Park District's free summer entertainment series, Live at the Lake. Concerts and family entertainment performances are offered on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings throughout the summer. Pack a picnic dinner, grab your lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of great entertainment and unforgettable sunsets.
