If you are looking for all of the above for your birthday party, call the Des Plaines Park District. We will take the hassle out of planning your child’s next birthday. All packages will be tailored to your child’s specific interests.

Includes: Party activities, games, one party leader per 10 children, present table, plates, napkins, 

utensils & cleanup.

Theme Parties

Choose your own adventure! These are some of our suggestions, but if your child has a favorite, let us create a unique birthday party adventure.

If a classic party is more your style, then bring your family and friends to play Bozo Buckets, Pin the Tail on the Donkey, Hot Potato, Musical Chairs, and many more favorites!

For artists of all ages & abilities, this party will feature an age-appropriate and personalized project. The fun and social atmosphere ensure that everyone will have a great time getting creative.

Glam Girl

Manicures, games, and fun are party of being a glamorous girl. Guests will have the opportunity to make a craft to remember all the fun and the glam.

Participants use beads and simple craft materials to make one-of-a-kind jewelry which will give you the look of a “wearable art” artist.

Create your own family crest on a shield and make a mask that is reminiscent of an armored face guard. Look forward to games of skill and fun!

A deliciously good time! Participants will enjoy a fun-filled party of cooking and crafts. Each child will decorate their chef’s apron and then off to the kitchen to mix, blend, sift and create a delectable baking treat. Leave the mess and fun with us.

Make your birthday party, entertaining, and memorable with the incredible magic of Gary Kantor. You and your guests see vanishing acts, card tricks, mind reading and much more! All shows are interactive; your child will come up on stage and become a junior magician. Magic show lasts 30-45 minutes.

Balloon Animal parties are also available.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s Create Your Own Superhero. Guests will play games and make a cape to become their own superhero.

Each guest will become a secret agent. Your mission is to solve a mystery. Along with games to sharpen skills of deduction, this party is sure to keep you guessing, who done it?

Take your guests on an adventure of animal crafts and games.

A party coordinator will lead the children in active games. We will use hula hoops, scooters, parachutes, and other gym equipment. This is a terrific party for all ages.

Host your party in the Game Room at the Leisure Center. You and your guests will have exclusive use of the DDR, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Foosball, Electronic Basketball, PS3, XBOX 360, Jumpin/Jackpot and Makoto Games. Enjoy and play all of these games, just you and your friends.
