Pack up the kids, your tent and sleeping bags for a family camp-out in the beautiful Prairie Lakes Field. You’ll enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and games, while sharing an experience that will create lasting memories, in this “close-to-home” campsite with a perfect view of the night sky. With a telescope and binoculars, Oakton Community College’s Astronomy Club will provide stories and information about the starry sky above us. Participants supply their own camping gear; we provide snacks, activities, and a light breakfast. A minimum of one adult per four children must be registered. Restrooms at Mountain View Adventure Center will be accessible all night.
